mingw-w64-x86-64-dev software package provides Development files for MinGW-w64 targeting Win64, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mingw-w64-x86-64-dev
mingw-w64-x86-64-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mingw-w64-x86-64-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mingw-w64-x86-64-dev *
You will get with mingw-w64-x86-64-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
